Processing and Shipping Times

Once an order is placed, please allow two to three weeks for sewing and shipping; times may vary depending on the item's complexity.  In-stock items will be shipped three days after payment confirmation. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. 

Damaged Product

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. No returns will be allowed if not contacted within three days of receiving the item.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Used items

  • Items on sale

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
